Huber's Spanish Coffee Portland's oldest restaurant and bar 2/11/2006

Huber's Spanish Coffee combines Kahlua, Bacardi 151 rum, triple sec, coffee, whipped cream and nutmeg. It is made tableside by igniting the rum and triple sec, then pouring Kahlua into the glass from a height of 3 feet.
